I've been getting my hair cut by Alana Lucia for at least six years at this point. I first met her at Blind Barber where she was the only female barber at that time. A year or so after having left them, she set up her own shop and christened it BADDIES.

She had the site redone recently by a friend of hers and it's fun and bright much like Alana herself. I also liked the Brutalist design aesthetic that the designer applied to it.

My "redesign" expanded on the Brutalist look a little bit with punchier sized text and some asymmetrical placement of images. I also added some high impact visuals along with simple interactivity. All images and copy is from the original site.
